At the crime scene, is the hose put away?

Coiling a hose does not seem to be the actions of someone who just murdered two people. Thus, it seems to me to suggest that either Maggie or probably Paul coiled the hose AFTER the 8:44 pm video. If so, does that not indicate that there was a significant gap of time between when Alex was at the scene and the time of the shootings? Want to make sure my facts are correct before spouting off on a stream.
