I am working on the most important show I have ever done. You, on locals, are the only ones who know about it as of now. I had a revelation in the shower! :)
The issue is the right of petition ... I argued for the SCOTUS to review this a few years ago and it has a direct application to many of the Trump prosecutions.
I will do this show when I get back from the death penalty conference ... Maybe Saturday or the week following. In the meantime, I have attached the Cert Petition that got denied that will be the basis for the show.
Keep an eye out and notify anyone in a position to use this information.
