Of posting "Ethically preparing witnesses for deposition or trial
How can a prosecutor defend themselves from accusations of witness tampering?" on SSRN in addition to adding it as a chapter in Ideas & Answers in Law 3rd Edition ... what do you think? Should it be a book exclusive, or should I share the work with the world for free?
